In my country there is a great variety of exquisite vegetarian dishes. However, today the economy of my country does not allow you to cook with as many ingredients as we want.
So on this plate I will do my best.
Potatoes in vegetable sauce
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
5 spicy sweet peppers
4 sprigs of parsley
Preparation
*Heat the oil. Sauté the onion until soft.
*Add the other ingredients little by little and integrate them so that they release all their juices.
*Finally add the potatoes and the minced parsley.
If you have a natural broth you can add it to soften the potato a bit, if you don't have it use a little water.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
