RIGHT AND WRONG DECISION

I will like my little Questions to get answered and to clear all my doubts.

Let's us consider possible objections.

1. Suppose a man of a great wisdom were starving to death, would he not be justified in taking food belonging to someone who was completely useless?

2. Suppose a honest man had the chance to steal the clothes of a cruel and inhuman tyrant like ( phalaris) phalaris is a dictatorial ruler of Agrigentum, in Sicily during the fifth century B.C.)

And needed them to avoid freezing to death, should he not do it?

3. Again, suppose a man's father were stealing from a temples or underground passage to the Treasury, Ought his son to report him to the authorities or not?

4. Another question is that, ...... If a man thinks he is selling brass when he is really selling gold, should a honest man tell him it's gold, or buy it at one thousandth of its value?

Here is another problem, if there is a storm at sea, and cargo has to be thrown overboard, should a man prefer to lose a valuable horse or a valueless slave? In this case his pocket pulls one way, human feeling the other.
Another question was this; if the ship has sunk and a foolish Man has grabbed a plank will a wise man take it away from him if he can?

  1. Or suppose that a honest man wants to sell a house because of certain defects which he alone knows. He knows it's insanitary but it's supposed to be quite healthy; or there's a vermin in all the bedrooms it's badly built and falling down, but nobody knows this except the owner. If he does not disclose these facts to the purchasers, and sell the 🏠 house for much more than expected, has he behaved unfairly and dishonesty?
