Being physically healthy is very Important and enables you to have better overall health, including in your relationships. You only get one body, so taking care of it is important.

Self care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.
By knowing your body, and your family’s health history, you can start to figure out what is “normal” for you and your family.

HERE ARE SOME TIP FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR BODY

Try to drink a glass of water every morning when you first wake up to get your daily routine started.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet with lots of vegetables and fruit.

Keep your immunizations up-to-date.
Don’t use tobacco, vape products, alcohol, or drugs.

Exercise as often as you can.

Stay aware of your emotions and moods.
Get enough sleep.

Wear proper protection at home, work, or play.

See your health-care provider if you think something may be wrong
