INGREDIENTS:
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
8 Spinach's Leaves
3 Sweet peppers
4 Garlics
2 Pieces of Coriander, Celery and Chives.
350 grs. Pasta
Olive oil
Water
Salt and Black pepper to taste.

Olive oil with garlic.
The smell that the olive oil emanates with the garlic is spectacular.
Mixing the vegetables.
Putting salt and black pepper to all veggies.
Pasta is cooking.
My son is helping me to cook the vegetarian food.
All the ingredients look delicious. Smell divine...! This dish is so healthy to our body and the kids can eat it, because all ingredients are soft and chopped in small pieces to eat. I love it.
