Big Cooking Competition | Bakwan iS The Simple Cake

Good night all steemians and happy Ramadhan for muslim steemians.

On this occasion I will try to take part in a competition organized by @steemitwarrior entitled "Big Cooking Competition - Create The Best Vegetarian Dish - 50 STEEM Reward Pool - 10 Days". I got the information about this competition from my husband's post @resyiazhari.

The food that I display in this post is "Bakwan". Bakwan is a vegetarian (meatless) cake that does not require many ingredients and tools and is very easy to make.

The ingredients needed to make Bakwan cakes are:
• Cabbage
• Carrot
• Wheat flour
• Cooking oil
• Water
• Seasonings (Red Chili, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Candlenut)

Seasonings

Tools used:
• Frying pan
• Reference (if any)
• Stove

Let's follow my steps when making Bakwan cake.
• Cabbage and carrots cut into small pieces and put in a container.
• Enter the wheat flour and spices that have been mashed.
• Stir until evenly distributed with water .
• Heat the cooking oil
• Then take the dough with reference or scoop then fry.
• add cayenne pepper on top.
