Big Cooking Competition - Create The Best Vegetarian Dish - Risol is also very easy to make

To @steemitwarrior, this time I want to give a recipe that is almost the same as "Bakwan", it can even be said that this cake is Bakwan's Family.
The name of this cake is "Risol."

As for the reason why I gave the Risol recipe, because Risol Cake can be made by anyone, besides not requiring a lot of ingredients, Risol is also very easy to make.

Well, now we are in the process of making the Risol cake. I deliberately wrote it in a concise and clear way and I completed it with pictures to make it easier.

There are 3 categories of ingredients needed, namely content, leather and seasonings:

1. Contents:
• Carrot
• Potatoes
• Celery
All of them cut into small pieces

2. Leather:
• Wheat flour
• Tapioca flour
• A pinch of salt
(All of which stir with a little water)

3. Seasonings:
• Red chili
• Pepper
• Shallot
• Garlic
• Candlenut
(All of which are crushed / milled)

+Plus Panir flour as a flavor enhancer and looks attractive.

Ways of making (Step by Step):

• The filling ingredients (¹) are sauteed with spices that have been crushed / milled (³)
  

• Heat the leather (⁴) in round Teflon.
  

• Next, roll the contents with the leather.
  

• After the filling is rolled with skin, moisten with thawed wheat flour.
  

• Coat with flour Panir (+).
  

• The last step is fried and ready to be enjoyed
