Good day to everyone here in @steemschools. Hope you are all fine and embrace the day with a beautiful smile. Today is the second week of the #contest which is organized by @steemitwarrior. I was excited to join the contest again. I would like to thank @steemitwarrior for choosing me as the 4th place winner in the first week of this contest.
Today I want to share my favorite vegetarian dish called Native Pechay Guisado with tomato.

Let us begin with the ingredients.

2 grams of native pechay. Then chopped into your desired cut size.

1 tomato, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

A little amount of silver swan soy sauce

1 small amount of oil

2 mg of magic scrap for seasoning.

1 cup of water

Let us start with the procedure

Step 1: Prepare the cooking pot on fire then add a small amount of oil. Then add the red onions and tomato to the pot.

Step 2: Add the stem of native pechay to the cooking pot. Mix it well until it's slightly cooked

Step 3: Add the magic strap seasoning granules in the mixture for the delicious taste of the dish.

Step 4: Add a little amount of silver swan soy sauce. Mix it well.

Step 5: Put a cup of water and wait until it was starting to boil. Taste the dish

Step 6: Add the leafy leaves of native pechay to the cooking pot. Mix and wait until the dish was cooked.

Step 7: Transfer in a serving bowl and enjoy
Step 8: Ready to serve with your loved ones and family.

Enjoy your day with this native pechay Guisado full of nutrients and delicious food that you can serve in your family or even you can cook this for your eatery business. It has a good taste which some love to eat. More people love to cook this recipe at home because even children love to eat.
