Big Cooking Competition Week 2 || Create The Best Vegetarian Dish || “Stir-Fry Broccoli Mushrooms”
Hello Steemian..
How are you my dear friend in this great community? Hopefully every one is in a good condition and also always keep fighting for a better life.
I want to greet @steemitwarrior as the originator of creative ideas for this contest with the theme "Big Cooking Competition Week 2 - Create the Best Vegetarian Dish - 50 STEEM Reward Pool".
I want to post vegetarian food that is very tasty, healthy, nutritious and very easy to cook, namely “Stir-Fry Broccoli Mushrooms”.
Now I’m showing what ingredients and how much do I need?
The things I need
• 300 grams of mushroom
• 300 grams of broccoli
• 1 tomato
• 4 red chilies
• 4 onions
• 2 garlics
• a little gingger
• 1 leek
• Salt (To test)
• 100 ml water
• Vegetable oil for sauteing (5 tsp)
Process
At first, I have washed my broccoli and mushrooms, then chopped it properly.
Here is the cutting size.
Secondly, I have washed my onions, garlics, chillies, tomato, ginger, and leek, then chopped it properly except ginger and chillies. I cut the chillies vertically.
Heat a little oil, saute onions and garlic until fragrant
Add chillies, tomato, gingger.
Saute until wilted
Add mushroom and broccoli, add water to cover all parts of the vegetable
Add salt and leek
Stir until well blended, let the water shrink and dry slightly, don't forget to keep stirring the vegetables so they don't burn.
After a little dry and perfectly cooked, remove the vegetables and set aside.
Stir-fry broccoli mushrooms ready to be served
This is one of the menus that we can easily to cook, and this menu has also become a favorite menu for my family. Enough of the vegetarian dish recipe from me, I hope you like it, I accept suggestions and criticism with pleasure.
