The idea that led you to start up a project is not the same idea that will sustain the project.

When we heard of steemit we were glad and full of expectations and when we signed up we found out that we need to step up. That is when we need a change in strategy a change in principle applications. Mentorship is what you need.

There are many communities on steemit and honestly you can't fully be active in all. Running from one contest promotions to another in a way to accumulate liquid steem . But we could also achieve success in just three to five communities . A community that shares your vision and purpose in life.
A good mentor will help your feet strong and open your eyes to inspirations. And working on that you grow.

How to choose a mentor

1. Values

Consider his values and yours if they both agree. If yes go ahead.

2. Communications

Another vital point is the ability of the would be mentor to communicate with you freely and cordially. If you have checked and without biased mind he/she Communicates go ahead.

3. Willingness

Importantly also is to check the willingness of this would be mentor to mentor you . Asking questions from people around or going through his comment box will do.

4. Expectations

Define your aim. Know what you want in a relationship with that you can evaluate yourself at the end.

5. Personality

Please check personality of your would be mentor if you are comfortable with it. If you are not please look for another.

Here on steemit and even in the secular society relationship is highly important as man is a social being and seems to revolve within his circle of friends. Social mobility becomes expedient for anyone who wants to grow and become successful on steemit. new users may lack this idea. And today I know you will choose communities you can be very active and have a mentor build a relationship and be courageous and persistent creating quality contents and your success is sure.

How to get attention of successful steemians.

Comment on their posts quality comments after reading through their posts knowing it took the person time and energy to create such a post. This is one way to be involving and interacting. If you passionately do this you get their attention and your influence will also increase.
