With the crisis in Ukraine, the slogan of "no to war" has once again been heard, which already monopolized the public debate in 2003 in reference to the conflict in Iraq, although for Minister Manuel Albares, among others, "there is nothing that is comparable between both situations. So much so that this Wednesday, during an appearance at the Foreign Affairs Commission of Congress, Albares asked the parties for "responsibility" so as "not to confuse public opinion." This warning by the Foreign Minister came after weeks in which his coalition partner -Unidas Podemos- has used this motto to refer to what, as of this Thursday, is already a war in Ukraine.
