How can we solve the corruption problem with Blockchain?

Sometimes I wonder if an ERP system that uses Open Source software license and is developed on Blockchain in web and app version would serve to expose the public accounting of a country for all to be able to audit its accounting and thus reduce the theft of State capital . In my country the state organization in charge of the state accounting audit has a backlog in the accounting audit of several decades, I think that citizens could keep the state accounting of my country up to date.

A question that lives in my head is: how can we solve the problem of corruption with web development?
The web development solution that I usually think of is: show public accounting so that all citizens can see it on a website built on Blockchain and that works with Open Source software licenses to be able to audit the computer code, when auditing the computer code politicians couldn't sabotage the website either. The Blockchain would contribute some issues, among these allowing the website to have an anti-sabotage mechanism for politicians and cybercriminals, the Blockchain does not allow correcting information written on the website, so it will not be possible to modify the accounting information once registered Another feature is that it would facilitate the creation of digital tools to automate the accounting audit of the website and these tools could be done by any citizen who knows programming. The Open Source software license would force the website's computer code to be open so that we can all see it and in this way citizens who know programming can audit the website's programming code to verify that it does what it promises and does not is a scam by the politicians of the day.

My country, Ecuador, has a serious corruption problem that I consider has as one of its bases the lack of an adequate accounting audit, I think that adding transparency to accounting and auditing with websites built on Blockchain would be useful to reduce corruption, solving this problem would allow my country to prosper.

I must say that an accounting website with these characteristics is not the only technology that we can implement to reduce the incidence of acts of corruption, there are more, for example, for the control of materials, let's say, medical supplies, there are also technologies that are They can be implemented to avoid other forms of corruption in addition to the theft of money, but for something it is worth starting and the best thing is to make the accounting public and everyone helps to update the audits with the help of web development.
