These don't mean you should be looking for frogs to eat. Your "frog" is your biggest, most important task, the one you are most likely to procrastinate on if you dont do something about it now. There's a phrase that says if you want to eat two frogs, then you eat the ugliest one first.
Meaning of this proverb is that whenever you have two tasks at hand, first focus on the biggest and most important task first.

Before you can be able to achieved this task, you have to discipline yourself to start immediately and persist until the task is completely done before heading into another thing. There are some things you need to learn and abide by ,such as decision, discipline, and determination. Firstly, make your decisions on the task you are about to accomplished,and equally discipline yourself to practice the principles you are about to learn until you become a guru and before you can determine your biggest frogs and achieved it ,you have to decide on what you really want to accomplished in the area of your life. As you often work through your decision, they'll be a developed knowledge of positive forward momentum that will enable you to overcome procrastination . Meanwhile, successful people continually put the pressure of themselves to perform at a high level while unsuccessful people have to be instructed and supervised and pressured by others.by putting the pressure on yourself, you accomplished more and better tasks, faster than before.

Asked yourself this question: What are my biggest frogs to eat? And how am i working towards it to accomplish the goal? If you gave an answer to it , that means you have a plan. But if you dont know your biggest frogs to eat , this is the time for you to make your decisions and work towards it.
