Surface Marking of the third part of the anatomy of the human body refers to the Superior and Inferior extremity of the hands and feet.

Surface marking can be done by dividing the hands and feet into two separate parts. These two are: -

1.Hand Surface Marking

2.Surface Marking of feet

1.Hand Surface Marking

The bones of the body can be felt at different points. Palm surface and radial artery inside the anatomical snuff box with two muscle tendons under the big toe so that radial pulses can be felt.

The brachial artery of the Cubital fossa right in front of the elbow can be divided into Radial and Ulna.
The Median Nerve has gone through them.

Tendons of all the muscles of the hand can be seen in front of the wrist. The little finger has ulnar muscles and the big toe has radial muscles.

There is Biceps muscle on the front of the arm and Triceps muscle on the back. There is a deltroid muscle on the outside of the upper arm, where IM or intramuscular injection is pushed or given.

The palm of human anatomy

Now let's come to the different parts of the palm or palm of the hand.

The upper part below the thumb is called Thenar eminense and the lower part of the little finger is directly below the hypothenar eminense.

These include the triangular palmar facia.

2.Surface Marking of feet

Inguinal folds and inguinal ligament are seen on the front of the foot. The femoral triangle is on the inside of the front. The front has quadriceps on its own.

The position of the patela in front of the knee and the ligamentum patela below it.

Anatomy legs

Behind it is the gluteal fold. There is a popliteal fossa opposite or behind the knee.

There are also femoral artery anterior and posterior tibial artery. There is also a poplital vein.

The calcanium bone can be felt in the ankle.
Head of the talus bone can be felt on the inside.

The tendo calcanium tendon is located on the ankle. However, in many obese women, it is covered with fat.

Posterior tibial artery vibration can be felt behind the medial malleolus. The tendon of the anterior tibialis is found in the dorsum of the foot.

As the palm arch is in the hand, so are the feet. Hand of Tibia, Fibula and Femur are seen in two Condyle.

3.Conclusion

The total number of bones in the human body is 207.

Among them, the connection and position of the surface marking of the bones of the hands and feet were discussed.
