I want to stop smoking because I have difficulty breathing, I don't feel well because my heart skips a beat, I want to stop smoking because it can be very bad for me, that means we do it because we run away from pain. No decision is easy, all the serious things we need to do, the habits we need to change to be better are very demanding. We were created to evolve, we are constantly changing and that is our nature as humans, we adapt. Every habit such as making monthly goals and plans, sticking to a strategy, and doing it persistently every day is a habit. Reading for 30 minutes a day every day is a habit, going to bed with meditation or prayer is a habit. Writing posts every day at the same time, making new and interesting topics every day from an area we love is hard, that’s what keeps us at a high level. When we do something long enough, when we do what we love then it is love and not work, it is a state of mind that we need to reach.
