They say "there is light at the end of the tunnel" but is it true?
Many times in life we get discouraged, frustrated and angry with the world.

Thorns that pierce right from under the foot to the tip of our heads, this excruciating pain that leaves you hopeless. Body temperatures shoot up and this is caused by the boiling blood and the racing heartbeat.
White eyes soon are crossed with red lines as the pupil zooms in and out. Tubes of frustration running across the forehead, clenched teeth with a bitter taste to the tongue. Concrete lips soon have cracks.

Trembling hands with a pool of salty water, cold not even like ice and fingers as stiff as a cold iron
bar.

Germinating thoughts of self pity, a Wander of self worth, doubt, stupidity and suicidal thoughts.
We all cope with many situations differently. We are humans with different characteristics marked on us and this makes us unique and special.
What we have to do is have our eyes fixed on the light. Life can have a way of tearing you into shattered pieces and it's up to you to pull yourself together.

Get that super power glue that will stick you up. Even a torn cloth needs a good needle and thread that will pull the cloth together by creating little tiny holes.
Some holes are inevitable in life but they can be stitched up with the right friends around you, eating a balanced diet, talking to your God, working out more, taking long walks and avoid being alone.
