My simple boiled vegetables "utan bisaya"
Good day fellow steemian... today i will introduce my simple boiled vegetables "utan bisaya".
What you need:
20 stem of malunggay leaves
1/4 kilo of squash
4 pcs okra
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of seasoning
COOKING PROCEDURE:
• haros the malunggay leaves
• slice the okra and the squash
• put the pot with water on the fire with minimum heat
• when the water boils add the squash
• let the squash soft then add the okra
• after 2 minutes add the malunggay leaves
• lastly pour the salt and the seasoning
Now it is ready to serve my simple boiled vegetables "utan bisaya".
It is good for the body because it is 100 percent pure vegetables and perhaps it is very easy to cook.
