Hello friends, Assalamualikum. How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you also. Today, like everyday we cooked food for our dinner.
My today's recipe is to cook pumpkin Spinach. It is a healty and delicious vegetarian food. It help us to grow the immunity, which is very important for our mental and physical growth. Vegetables are the main source of mineral water, and it also helps the human body to stay strong and active.
Today I came to share with you the recipe for cooking pumpkin spinach with lentils. So let's get started.
Ingredients for cooking: -
- Pumpkin spinach
*Lentils - Onion
- Pepper
- Garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
*Chilli powder - Salt
- Oil
The first step:-
At first, I cut the pumpkin spinach and chopped it. I took half a cup of lentils in a cooking pot. Then I washed the spinach and lentils separately.I chopped onion and chilli.
2nd step:-
In the pot in which I washed the lentils, I put less than 2 cups of water , chopped onion and chill, salt. I also gave 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,1 teaspoon chilli powder and garlic paste. I put the pot in the oven. When the stalks were well cooked, I gave them with chopped spinach . Then I cooked for a while more. When the spinach are cooked well, I take them off the stove.
It is not teasty to cook spinach without garlic and oil bagar. So I took a small amount of oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, I fry it with garlic and put it in the cooked spinach. For this, there is a different flavor in the spinach.
Spinach and Vegetables are a very healthy food for our body. It contains plenty of mineral water, water, fiber. Which helps in our digestion as well as fills the body with water deficiency. We need to eat vegetables everyday in our menu.
