The Beauty of Sadness
There are so many people hate sadness. Sometime we don't want to accept the sadness by any outcome: pain, loss, disappointment, lack and so on. The complaints and tears have been the main media to shed negative energy and emotions due to sadness. So am I, have been hanging out with this situation for a long time.
But whether it's addiction or it's time, my view of sadness changes 180 degrees. I don't see misfortune as a thing to be sorry about, let alone crying, even thinking hard is lazy. For what reason can sadness be allowed to drag on, after all that's hard on its own. Other people who are closest to us can only empathize, in fact, there are those who change patience with our distress. Now the condition is even more complicated, isn't it, it's hard to overwrite cries, is it delicious?
The funny thing is, it turns out I find beauty in adversity. It was like watching the twilight, where the sun slowly left the day, leaving behind a tinge of golden light combined with red. Beautiful, there is a feeling of romance, sadness, emptiness, and tiredness in it. The sinking, the heart like sliced painfully. And when the plenary night takes over there is a sense of loss and guilt in it.
Such is the feeling of sadness for me right now, quite heartbreaking, but I don't want to hold it for long. I will let it go, saying to each other grimly: O sorrow, go yourselves to find someone who will protect you more in tears. My tears are dry, they cannot become a lake where you are anchored.
