Do You Agree that Exams are True Test of Knowledge

I think exams are not the best way to measure how much we really know and understand. Exams are useful for checking our comprehension in a formal education system, but they often focus on memorizing and repeating information in a short time. However, there is more to knowledge than what we can write on a test. Knowledge also involves thinking critically, solving problems, applying what we learn, and exploring subjects deeply. Exams cannot capture these important aspects of learning. To me, knowledge means being able to remember and use what we learn over time, in different situations, and with a genuine interest. This is what makes us truly knowledgeable, not just good at taking exams.
