It's a selfie, of course, trust me. I waved with my foot at the camera while holding that piece of paper. Indeed my name is John Do and I'm not too happy my name is copied by bodies worldwide.
Oh, you can't see my face? That's allowed these days just like social distancing, facemasks, scarfs, hats, beanies, long skirts, umbrellas and QR codes.

I say So be it but also that there are faces around here that can't be trusted or *What if I have 24 dolphins or I am the owner of this platform or _this is a decentralized platform where no one rules and I can be anomynous besides of the fact I live in a country where pisting photos of people isn't allowed without permission.

I am a newcomer but never want to show my face, is that possible?. Nevermind, I will just write and read what I like, but they will accuse me of many things later on, I try to follow the rules as much as I can, but still they never look at me even a blink. Should I write in the blue sky to be recognized, but I don't have that high stairway or ladder to the sky, even if the sky is not blue but silver instead?.
Is it the comment to the post?, dyou think so?...It is just what crossed my thought while reading this post, somehow I am connected to the post, perhaps it is me or many "Me" that are hidden in the corner of the universe.
Will they see?, or do I need more interaction with the top tier one?, perhaps I need to leave comments on every post?. I am afraid that they will chase me away as if I am a beggar, but I am not, I just wanna have some fun.
By the way, it is a tiring day and my finger was cut by a dull knife and I could not type anything. My phone is not top-notch so my picture is just so-so. I know they will not see because I am not a trustworthy user on this platform and not 24 dolphin anyway, not even one.
I will keep writing what I like and will do it when I like or need to express my feeling on my own way.
I will be here, looking for thing I like, perhaps i will find someone with the same hobby and I can share anything.

Good news you can be anonymous. So the answer is: yes. You can remain faceless just like anyone else.
What helps to be noticed and is more wanted is your money. Investors is what Steemit needs. So empty you bankaccount and save it here. No need to engage, upvote or write in the blue sky and you'll see it's not you being a beggar but those contacting you.
I am sorry about your finger. Unfortunately you can't use AI to write for you. It may be clear we all are very original so use your creativity and be original in your own way. We welcome art: foot or mouth painters as well. There is no need to use that old phone.
We gladly hear you express your feelings and for sure you will meet someone who just like you jumps out of the box.

We all have different ideas about how we present ourselves online - we have proven that we do by registering here. Everything else is up to personal judgement. And that alone. There will be a suitable place for every style: Communities that tick in exactly the same way. Or your own blog. There's nothing wrong with that. You learn quite quickly to find (or create ;-)) your home.
