COMO LOGRAR LA AUTOSUSTENTABILIDAD DE MI COMUNIDAD? / HOW TO ACHIEVE THE SELF-SUSTAINABILITY OF MY COMMUNITY?
This has been an issue that since I met Steemit I have tried to solve, the great question that perhaps many yearn to find the answer, How to be Successful in Steemit, How to achieve Growth on the platform? How do I achieve self-sustainability in my community? are the questions that you face once you start to venture into the Steemit platform.
If you came to this publication it was to find an answer, effectively this does not mean that you are not successful, or that your community is not doing well, no is precisely what I am trying to say, on the contrary, you are on some rung of the ladder, as a member of steemit, as a moderator or as an admin, you have a responsibility, a purpose and a goal, some have already traveled that path and may be higher or lower but at the end of the day they are here trying to shorten the time who invest in the pursuit of success within Steemit.
Let's begin to specify some of the needs that the communities raised:
- Have a purpose.
- Get members.
- Get the support of the healing accounts.
- Create a work team that generates proposals to cover the obligations of the community.
- Plan, order and coordinate activities for the functioning of the community.
NOTE: these are some of the main goals that a leader sets for her community to be successful, coupled with the fact that logically she must achieve the SteemPowers necessary for self-sustainability. But precisely this is not the priority since to achieve self-sustainability it is proposed as a LONG-TERM purpose, taking into account that being self-sustaining in some communities could imply more than 2 million SteemPower.
In short, creating a community leads us to establish all those priorities, reaching the conclusion that our purpose of being self-sustaining is a long-term goal.
I wanted to highlight this because this is the point where I want us to reflect and start thinking as what we really are "ONE BIG FAMILY CALLED STEEMIT".
My utopian dream which I tirelessly highlight until I see them achieved is the following.
"THAT ALL COMMUNITIES ACHIEVE SELF-SUSTAINABILITY".
So let's see the following:
- What are the goals of the community?
- What is the purpose?
- Do the answers to the previous questions address the need to be self-sustaining?
- What have I raised to achieve Self sustainability?
- Is self sustainability a priority for my community?
I am fully sure that many of us are thinking of solutions and answers to all these questions in order to meet the need for MY community to achieve self-sustainability. In my personal opinion, the few communities that I have been able to visit in the short time I have in Steemit have led me to think that following an independent scheme will not lead to success within the platform, the main reason is that the work scheme that We have been applying it leads us to consider that it is only possible to achieve the SteemPowers that my community requires IF AND ONLY IF the curator accounts help me to heal the members.
Certainly the community grows, there is a great development, the members will have the satisfaction that they have the option of receiving a considerable reward for the effort, time and dedication invested to generate and develop relevant content within the community, BUT THE GOAL WILL NEVER BE REACHED WITH THIS SCHEME, because it has already been shown that where there is support from the healing accounts the volume of members increases, therefore, if before you needed 1 million SP to support a community of 250 members, now you need more SteemPower to sustain to all those who are reaching product and the solution to this continues taking us an endless road.
I think so far I have not told you anything new, many MOD, Adm and CR know the result of this equation, but in reality we continue to apply it because until now it is what helps us to keep the members satisfied since they are the reason of the existence of each community.
NOTE: What will happen to the communities that have the support of the healing accounts and for some reason the community can no longer receive support? it is unlikely that the community can survive, so let us return to the question about WHAT PLANS DO YOU HAVE TO RECEIVE THE SUPPORT OF THE HEALING ACCOUNTS? the main objective should be to get the amount of SteemPower necessary for this purpose to be achieved.
WHAT DO I PROVIDE?
Cooperation, integration and organized teamwork is the key to success, I have started conversations with some CRs from Latin America, @saracampero, @adeljose who share this initiative, however we are aware that some points that involve the responsibility of managing community assets and committing resources, which has led us to think of possible solutions that could integrate ring security applications.
I want it to be understood that #SteemitAlliance is a community whose purpose is the integration and cooperation of communities.
#SteemitAlliance suggests that communities come together to form the true Steemit family.
We return to the example of the family: To visualize a process as broad as the processes of the Steemit communities, I propose this example seen from a differential perspective applied to a sample of 5 members.
Let's start with a family of 5 members, each member has their account in Steemit, they all apply the traditional scheme, each one has their purpose, each member has their goals and each one of them has set about success, development and growth as a member from a proper, individualistic and authentic scheme.
Each member manages to solve and overcome their issues in some way, including this, publish where there is support from the healing accounts, carry out activities related to their knowledge, contribute to the development of communities and contribute to the Steemit platform.
Results, all are on track to fulfill their activities, but the goals and purposes have not reached the necessary maturity due to any number of factors that may incur and become limiting. I can name as main the fact of not being cured, lack of guidance and ignorance and inexperience within the platform are some of the possible limiting causes in the fulfillment of the purposes of the members.
What happens in a scheme other than the traditional one? COOPERATION and INTEGRATION
- If there is a unit among the 5 members of that family, the chances of success increase, everyone agrees that if everyone cooperates so that one of the 5 members achieves success, that member will contribute to the success of a second member and then 2 members help a 3rd and in this way the results begin to be perceived in less time.
In short, focus the effort that we all make on a single point and that we continue to build and strengthen the rest of the chain ...
I know that many do not see this as a possible reality because this implies putting trust, sacrifice, effort, resources, time and money in the hands of communities that do not guarantee that the purpose is fulfilled.
#STEEMITALLIANCE will be the controller that cooperates in the fulfillment of norms and regulations that involve the commitment of the community and guarantee security, cooperation and integration within STEEMIT.
