Dinner for Tonight: Chicken Nuggets, Tofu, and Chocolate Milk Tea

This must be a heavy dinner, but at times, it isn't that bad to have cheat day! My girlfriend @shula14 has ordered tapioca pearls and chocolate milk tea powder from a friend who lives in our town. She decided to have it delivered in our house by our friend as a gift. Today, I decided to make our own milk tea, and thought of preparing chicken nuggets and tofu for dinner.

So these are the ingredients: chocolate milk tea powder and tapioca pearls.

• First, boil the tapioca pearls for 30 minutes. Yes! 30 minutes! But I only cooked them for 20 minutes which is fine.

• While tapioca pearls is being cooked, dissolve the chocolate milk tea powder in a pitcher.

• After 30 minutes of cooking (or even just 20 minutes), turn off the fire and cover the caserole for another 30 minutes (or just 20minutes,lol). Afterwards, drain the tapioca pearls, and put them in the glass or mason jar.

• Pour the chocolate milk tea in the mason jar. Serve!

Chicken nuggets and Tofu

While letting the tapioca pearls cool down, I prepared tofu and chicken nuggets.

• Fry the chicken nuggets in a low fire.

*Afterwards, fry the tofu slices.

• After frying, slice the fried tofu in squares.

• Arrange the tofu along with the chicken nuggets on a plate.

• Time for dinner! Meanwhile, these are for me and my brother. Don't worry, I am not overeating. Lol!
