The sun is ours

Good morning, colleagues, wherever you are, a beautiful morning makes the atmosphere even more beautiful. As (seiring) the new sun rises and as time passes today, we are still as healthy as the days we have passed. Hopefully we are all in good health.
This morning is a very beautiful day, when you wake up in the morning and face towards the east (where the sun comes out) then you will see a natural phenomenon that is visible to every human eye every day and its presence becomes a patron or an introduction at certain times.
So, in this wonderful opportunity, I take this beautiful moment by capturing this morning phenomenon with my personal smartphone as a photo tool that I often do.
The morning sun is one of the things that is very good for human health if it is enjoyed in natural conditions, but if it is past or around 10 am (Indonesian territory) it is no longer healthy because heat can blacken your skin.
This situation is seen every day, even all the time before this sky collapses. This phenomenon will always be faithful to accompany you and me as long as you enjoy beautiful days.
I myself really often enjoy the morning sun from 7.00 WIB to 8.00 WIB, why? Because in the morning light there is a very good medicine for your body.
Then what is the content?
Health experts say that "Morning sunlight produces UV (ultraviolet) rays that touch the surface of the skin to be converted by the body into vitamin D." whereas Vitamin D, which I know is very much needed to carry out the function of calcium metabolism, and body immunity, as well as transmitting the work of muscles and nerves in the human body. You are advised to sunbathe for 15 minutes at the right time, namely before 10:00 at least two to three times a week.
Why does our body really need vitamin D?
The reason is as mentioned above, moreover, our bodies cannot produce vitamin D by itself. Moreover, the content of vitamin D is quite limited only from certain types of food. So, a very easy and practical solution to adequate intake of vitamin D is to take advantage of sun exposure in the morning and you can get it for free by sunbathing in the morning starting at 7.00 am to 8.00 am.
Maybe you have also done this in your daily activities.
When you do this routine agenda, what will the body feel, of course, your body will always be healthy and always fit every day.
Then in addition to having high health values that are obtained for free, you will also feel how beautiful nature is this morning. A happy day, a day filled with healthy thoughts, even though sometimes this opportunity is not owned by other people.
