Hi friends I like this every day I wake up at 4 am today and go to the tubewell with a fishwalk in hand, wash my hands and face, pray, walk for 10 minutes after prayers, then I have breakfast in the morning, go to bed with bread and bananas and then go to light sleep.
I take a bath in the afternoon after working a little online. After taking a bath, one goes to perform the Zuhr prayers. After praying, I come back home, have lunch, eat potatoes, eggs and rice, then go for a walk.
