Cooking Contest || 🍳 Preparation of Eggs Stew
Hello friends of Open the World and steemit at large, I am very happy for this contest and I say a very big thanks to @mubdi-technology for the contest.
This contest will help us bring our minds together on how to prepare different dishes and also to know different of them we didn't know.
My entry is about the preparation of egg stew. The main ingredient is the eggs.
Eggs
INGREDIENTS
- Eggs
- Fresh tomatoes
- Smoked fish
- Sachet tomatoes
- Fresh pepper
- Dry powder pepper
- Onions
- Vegetables oil
- Iodated salt
- Garlic
- Ginger
And several other spices
PROCEDURE
I started the preparation by washing the fresh tomatoes and pepper in a clean water. I then peal the garlic and ginger and ground them manually, in a earthenware blender. After the garlic and ginger were soft, I added the fresh tomatoes and pepper and ground.
I also chopped the onions in a bowl

Next, I kept the sauce pan on the gas burner and poured the oil of reasonable quantity inside, and then allowed to heat for some minutes.
After the oil was heated for some time, I gently poured the onions inside and added the tomato paste and the grounded ingredients as well. This process was followed by consistent stirring to avoid burning.
Other ingredients such as spices, salt, Maggie, and powdered pepper was then added.
After This the eggs were then broken and kept inside, which was followed by the addition of the smoked-fish.
This was allowed to boil for about ten minutes before it was okay and then removed from the fire.

Rice was then boiled and eaten with the stew.
