THE DIARY GAME| "Celebrating First Holy Communion"

A blessed day to all steemian friends!

Today is Saturday, I would like to share how my morning activity went together with my daughter and niece.

At exactly 7:30 in the morning, I attended my daughter and my niece first holy communion through a mass celebration. In our religion as Roman Catholic, at ages 9 years old and above, children should undergo first communion. After they were born, they were baptized. When they reached the age of 9 and above that is the second holy ceremony they should experience being Catholics.

They had confession first the day before they received holy communion, I am glad their religion teacher assisted them.

Here in our city, it was participated by over a hundred participants, both boys and girls. I was the the only one who attended in our family since most of them are working. I am so thankful, my daughter and my niece were very obedient during the holy ceremony.

We went home right after the mass celebration. I always tell to them to always bear in mind what our religion and belief taught us to continue uphold good values and show respect to others, even we may vary sometimes in religion.

So that's what I did today. I just drop by to share my little activity yet fulfilling on my part.
