Made Ramen And Gyoza At Home For The First Time!!

It turned out super good! We made a savoury broth that cooked all day. Has mushrooms, leek, whole bulbs of garlic, turkey neck. It made the base of the soup really good!! We went to a Korean/Japanese food store to get the noodles and some ingredients!

I got into gyoza lately from watching the anime Dorohedoro on Netflix. Love that show. We bought rappers, next time I want to start from scratch like they show you on the cartoon! Turned out real good!! At that last Japanese restaurant they had duck gyoza. Gotta try that next time!

The food made us feel real good! Even got some sake to go with it! What a feast! Want to do this again very soon!

I seem to sure like Japanese and Asian food lately!! It is good for the spring time!! Something a little lite yet very nourishing!
