#club100 || Wednesday #jupiter || MY CITY IN TEN MURAL PHOTOS || 15% to @hive-151446
Good day my dear stars of steem, I hope you're shinning like stars that you are. I am here again with another exciting content. Today I wish to show you some beautiful murals in my city. You'll definitely love it, I assure you.
firstly, what are murals ?
For those of us that do not know, murals are paintings done on walls, they're usually large in size
One of the things that define and beautify a place are it's art-work. I live in the the university of Nigeria, Nsukka city, Enugu
state.
The university is really beautiful and one of the reasons is because of the murals done at different locations in the school.
I find it fascinating how people make very big beautiful paintings such as this. Often times , because of the beauty of these paintings, I go to those murals to take pictures , it makes the picture background beautiful. Let me show you some murals available in my city
This is one of my favorites. Although the concept of this painting is a bit weird, I find it amazing how the cracked egg was painted, these artist are really wonderful.
I captured this painting at the department of psychology, I really can't tell the idea behind it but I think it's beautiful.
I took the photograph at the department of music. As you can see, it shows you Africans drumming and dancing. It
Shows the local African drum and the ancient clothing of the Africans before civilization
This painting shows the African lady and her strength. The African woman is hardworking and beautiful.
I captured this at the faculty of arts playground, I went there to watch a play then I saw this, I decided to take a picture of it. The man playing the drum portrays the Yoruba tribe of Nigerian. That is their mode of dressing and that is their kind of drum.
I remember I took this picture at the department of fine arts, the painting there is one that is respected in the university. It is the painting of the university logo.
This is the biggest mural in the city. It is found on the state library wall.
This was also taken at the faculty of arts play ground, it is also one of my favorite, Here we see the lion as the king of the jungle. Sometimes we even call our Kings Lion
That is the map of Africa painted over there, I took this photograph at the faculty of arts and culture. They have quite a lot of paintings there
Let me stop here. This is another picture captured at the faculty of arts. I love these murals , they make me realize the beauty of culture and history.
Thank you for staying with me and viewing my post. I would love to see the murals in your city.
