New STEEM App - buy and sell accounts

I have been developing a new steem service which will be a platform like the Worldcoin (World app).

This new service is based on the accounts which are owned by humans. The Worldcoin uses the iris data to distinguish if an account is owned by a human. My service let humans vote whether account is a bot account or not.

There is a condition in which only 'ingan' accounts can vote.

As an initial stage, I will first implement an app to sell and buy steem accounts. There are two types of accounts

• normal accounts: normal steem accounts which are dormant. An owner can sell an account.
• ingan accounts: the NFT-like accounts which are necessary to participate the 'ingan' services.

There will be some fun parts to name a few:

• sell and buy steem accounts
• vote if an account is an AI bot
• AI-free human community
• services only for humans such as a steem store
• mint a new account from the 'ingan' account

I will make this service a platform on which other developers can implement their own services for humans only.

It will be a long journey.

In the ingan service, a steem account is called an 'element' and there will be five different elements to represent the rarities.

• Earth
• Water
• Fire
• Air
• Ether

The steem account can be considered as a unique NFT!.
