I could not explain the concept of the new project in the previous post.

It is because the first part of the service, ingan-elements can be used to buy and sell not only an element (steem account owned by a human) but also a general steem account.

The part for the general account exchange is extra implementation for the broader adaptation.

Anyway, the service will get clearer.

To summarize of this exchange service

1. You can buy an element account able to participate in the new ingan services for the AI-free community.
2. You can sell and buy a general steem account that might be valuable to other users.
