I'd love to see this addition to the front-end. This is more of a quality-of-life feature, and if there are other front-ends out there, they likely have this feature.

As for the actual blockchain itself; There needs to be some kind of incentive for people to keep hive locked away in the Savings account. That feature is practically untouched by most users.

I think Hive had it right in creating incentives for people to hold Hive Backed Dollars. Maybe there should be something similar, not just for Steem Backed Dollars in Savings but also Steem. The interest earned in Hive Power is nice, but we need to slow down selling pressure to make Steem competitive again.
