Looking into age 30 and thinking

As the yardstick of age 30 hovers above, many of us find ourselves standing at a crossroads, with two choices that should be made. Should you have a stable job before that age or should you be pursuing your dreams?

This might sound an easy decision to make but it involves a lot of contemplating, introspection, retrospection etc.

A Stable Job

The decision to go for a stable job at 30 is often because of financial security and for a sense of stability. One with a steady job is assured of regular income and the structured routine that can be very nice especially in a world with uncertainty. With a stable job one can face off the responsibility of rent, family and other financial commitments as he is not in fears of an unpredictable future.

Chasing Dreams

But 30 is also a good time for self-discovery and personal growth. It can be a time when one is at optimal performance and can easily explore passions and pursue endeavours that's bring joy and purpose. Most people who chose this path are often those who are already financially stable, from wealth backgrounds or those who are not tied to monetary value. Instead they're tied to achieving a more meaningful and gratifying life.

Striking a balance

While there is a rising argument between stability and dream chasing, I believe there can both find common grounds with a balanced approach. A stable job can provide the necessary financial support necessary to pursue ones dreams without having to be setback by financial incapacitation. With this one can transition from into their dreams without abandoning stability altogether.

Personal Opinion

I am of the opinion that the decision between having a stable job or pursuing dreams at 30 sbod depend on the individual's priority, values, and their own definition of success. Whatever one decides should align with their vision for a purposeful and fulfilling life.
The matter is a very personal one in the sense that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Life is complex and like an exams everyone has a different question paper. In gender, a man at 30 is required by society to be financially stable and have a job so he can provide for himself and his family, this is a different ball game for a female of same age whose only problem maybe getting married.
Also, Mr A maybe pursuing his dreams because his father is a multi billionaire and he doesn't ever have to worry about money. All he does is explore life trying to find his own purpose.
This is different for Mr B who is from an average background and can not be supported at such age but rather is being looked upon to provide support to his family.

My advice is that everyone should consider his situation closely before jumping into any of this adventures.
