My friends, who would agree that it’s been a long hot week?🥵
Liz and Silvertop’s trip to the Northwest Washington Fair is scheduled for early Monday morning.
We are both looking forward to the Fair, but it will be a very long day, with lots of steps!😅
We decided to “Play hooky” today, and kick back and relax for the day!😇
My post title WAS going to be “Recharging my batteries”…………
That changed when the Mrs suggested we hike the Lynden city park trail, and hike to the “Woods Coffee shop”!😊
You can see where this is going my friends, it’s all about Coffee Lol!🤣
Before we set out on this urban cross country hike, we both made a stop at the restrooms…………………
Hmmm……….
It looks like someone dropped a piece of “costume jewelry” in the dirt!🤔
Silvertop wasn’t even going to pick it up……………
Liz came out the door, and something told me to pick it up and show the Mrs anyway……………
That’s when I spotted 14K on the safety clasp!😳
“Liz, are we still hiking to the Coffee shop?”☺️
I snapped the diamond White Gold tennis bracelet on the Mrs wrist, and we headed down the trail………..
“Liz, I always knew hiking had good benefits!” 😇🥰
