Today I going to participate in this contest.

"Cooling tips for summer"

It is the month of June, it is very hot. The sun is humming. The ground, the bed, the wall, everything is bad, the temperature of the body also becomes very hot, the mind starts to panic, the mind cries out that it is so hot, get rid of it.

1 -Exercise

I feel very hot, so I adopt some tips to avoid the heat. First of all, I wake up in the morning and do exercise. By exercising, sweat comes out and the body temperature also gets under control. In other words, I can tolerate the heat, after that I go to bath.

2- Cotton cloth

In summer, I wear cotton clothes, which gives comfort to the body. Cotton clothes absorb the sweat produced by the body and keep the body cool, due to which the body does not smell out of sweat. Wearing cotton clothes also decreases the itchiness in the body which gives relief in summer.

3- Lemon water

There is a lack of water in the body in summer. That's why I consume more beverages. I drink lemon water every day in summer, due to which the body hydrates. There is no shortage of water and acidity is not produced in the body. Lemon should be given to everyone. It keeps our body healthy. Lemon is not less than nectar for us. So friend we all must take lemon.

4-Coconut water

We should drink coconut water daily because there is water inside the coconut. And it is natural, that water has so much power that it protects our body from diseases, its water keeps the body hydrated because there is a lack of water in the body in summer. Coconut water fulfills the lack of water in the body, controls the temperature of the body, so if you want to keep the body cool in summer, then you must drink coconut water. Coconut water is a nutritious diet in itself. It Stays hydrated and its kernel also calms the hunger of the stomach.

5- Watermelon

We should eat watermelon daily in summer because watermelon contains 99% water which keeps the body hydrated. Reduces body heat. The test is also very good, due to which both body and mind become cool.

6- Onion

Onion should be used a lot in summer so that there is no heat stroke. The power of onion helps in keeping the body cool in summer. Onion acts as a kind of medicine.
