The leader is very foolish. Would you tell him directly??

How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah....

I am going to participate in this contest and I am going to talk about leader in my participation so first of all I would like you know that what is leader and what is a foolish leader and would I love to talk to a foolish leader in direct way???

Leader in simple words is a person who is leading something and who leads........

By understanding the above very simple definition you can understand that a leader is a person who is always experience and expert in something particular about which he is leaving different people society or group of people.

A leader should always have qualities like teamwork ,corporation, sincerity, punctuality, vigilancy and balancing the situations according to that time. I think if there is someone who want to become a leader and who have any of these quality missing in him and still if he is considered that he is a good leader and he can run every matter of life in a smooth way then he is a foolish leader so this is very simple that from the definition of the leader and from its qualities I extracted the definition of foolish leader.

When I talk about foolish leader and his support by different people of society or from group of people from which a leader is expecting then he never ever deserves any favour from his followers because we should always give favour to those leaders that are really leading the society by keeping in mind their true duties and their responsibilities.

I would never feel ambiguity on having an opportunity to meet with that leader who is very foolish and I would love to tell him this thing directly because when someone wants and appeal for personal favour for his self then it becomes his responsibility to full fill the true demands of the people from which he is asking for support and favour and if there are no guts present in a leader then we should be very open to tell to him or her that he or she is not eligible to lead any group of people or society.

I consider that telling that person very openly about his foolishness is very important to promote good leaders in world and to stay away from fake leaders which just have title of leader but actually they are not eligible to become leader of anyone because they have lack of all the qualities that a leader should possesses.
