Best ways to relieve stress
Stress is the way our body communicates back to us, telling us the extent it has been put to use. So let's say stress is one of the feedback mechanisms in our body's dashboard.
So when we feel stressed, our body is simply saying "i am being pushed beyond acceptable limits" and the more the body is pushed, the grater the stress we get.
Our body is like a machine that needs to be used and pushed to its optimal working condition for effective use.
Our muscles, bones and brain are among the use it or loose it components. They only get better when put to use. We get better physical and mental health when we challenge our body through physical exercises and new tasks. Our cardiovascular system gets better when we push it. Don't just push it too hard all at once.

Due to the demanding nature of this fast running lifestyle, we are all pushes to meet up. Our uncontrolled desire to level up, have many things and become something, we push ourselves too hard and the society around ous also adds to the pressure.
The excessive pressure results in stress levels that are not healthy for our minds and body. We use our bodies like computer systems that are constantly over-clocked such that our engin over-fires resulting in faster wear and tear.
Preventing financial stress
While I work towards improving my standard of living, I try to live within the limits of my current earning so as not to stress myself with debts.
I manage a debit card and avoid credit cards. Not spending on impulse helps to prevent financial stress.
Preventing social stress
I do not attempt to meet the expectations of everyone, once I meet th expectation of some family members and close friends that matters it keeps me away from stressing.
Once I am a hero for my husband, its OK for me.
Being realistic
I also manage my stress by being realistic in my expectations. That includes what I expect of life, myself and others.
Self caring
Regular and controlled exercises take good care of me physically while good music takes care of my mind and mental health. When necessary, I take drugs to deal with the stress and make sure I eat healthy food.

People can be helpful
The support of friends and family is a good way to manage stress. They can provide needed advice and encouragement.
Stress is a slow killer, it should be managed earlier, it could be economical stress, social stress, our health can be the source of our stress, responsibilities, lifestyle and dreams and aspiration can stress us. People, medication and adjustment can help us manage stress.
