What are your best ways to relieve stress?"
I have some ways to relieve stress which am going to list them out for you,
First on list is by sleeping which I enjoy so much, the reason I love sleep is that it very good for the body and mind, it makes you feel relaxed and healthy, the body as whole deserve rest so how can you give the body this rest, is by sleeping well, the normal average hour human being are suppose to sleep is the minimum of 8(eight) hours a day, most times some people complain of headache, body pain, it because of insufficient sleep which also linked to some chronic health problem like stroke, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes etc.
The picture above was taken by my brother when I was sleeping, when we came back from the farm, after taking my bath I decided to read some books the process of reading I fell asleep with my mouth widely open assive I was yawning, though first I never liked the picture but I never new it will useful, so decided to make use of it in this contest.
Secondly listening to music which is among my hobbies and my life style I enjoy listening to music to extent that I don't mind playing and listening music the whole day, though it helps me to relieve stress very well,I know is not every that likes listening to music, but music lover like me See's it as stress reliever which makes use happy.
Another way I relieving stress is by connecting and associating myself with people, a good support from colleagues, friends, and family, can ease and reduce my work trouble and make me comfortable in such a way that your will feel happy, and free anxiety.
Laughing is another way I relieve stress, have a good laugh may be with your friends, siblings or while watching a comedy it makes you relieve stress, do you still remember when were a child and you used to laugh all the times? it felt pretty good, right? That's to say laughter is also good for the body because it helps relieve stress and makes less worry about any problem
They are order ways in which people relieve stress such like exercising, meditating, stretching, go for walking, massage, assert, yourself and many more that I did not mention here
