I just went today to fruit market to buy some fruits and it just clicked my mind to share fruits benefits with all my steem family!
So here are some of my personally favourite and very healthy fruits importance!
APPLE
Apples are an incredibly nutritious fruit that offers multiple health benefits. They're rich in fiber and antioxidants. Eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions like diabetes, cancer and heart disease. It also promotes weight loss and improve brain health.
BANANA
Bananas are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, specially potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. A diet high in Potassium can lower your blood pressure and benefits heart health. It also improves blood sugar level. It helps the body to produce red blood cells, metabolize carbohydrates and fats, metabolize amino acids, remove unwanted chemicals from your liver and kidneys, and maintain a healthy nervous system.
MANGO
Mango is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and it has been associated with many health benefits. Best of all, it's tasty and easy to add to your diet as part of smoothies and many other dishes.
They are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which early studies suggest may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart. Mangos can help stabilize your digestive system.
PEACH
Peaches contains antioxidants including vitamin C, and carotenoids. Antioxidants are compounds in plants that fight cell damage, and antioxidant-rich diets can help protect your body against aging and illnesses, including cancer.
STRAWBERRY
It protect's your heart, increase HDL (good) cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and guard against cancer. Strawberries are Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, strawberries are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food.They have strong astringent, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidants properties that treat burns, protect your skin from UV rays, and delay ageing.
MELON
Melons are low in sodium, and very low in saturated fat and cholesterol. They are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin K, potassium, and copper, and a very good source of vitamin C and vitamin B6.
POMEGRANATE
Pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, both of which are known to prevent free radicals from damaging your cells. In some studies, pomegranates show potential to be effective in preventing prostate, breast, lung, and colon cancers. Eating pomegranates as a whole can have anti-inflammatory effects and can protect a human body from various diseases like type-2 diabetes, and obesity. LYCHEE
Lychees contain several healthy minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, such as potassium, copper, vitamin C, epicatechin, and rutin. These may help protect against heart disease, cancer, and diabetes Lychee is also a good source of dietary fiber and is excellent for weight loss. High in water content and low in calories, it is an ideal fruit for weight loss. The fruit also contains other essential minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, and copper, which are great for stronger bones.
