A Stellar Day!............. NW Cascade Wanderings
Today was a stellar day! I’ll back up though and start at the beginning. First on the docket was ladies Bible study. It was a lovely time of fellowship and study, plus we had a new face added to the group.
Upon returning home, we headed out to Bellingham. A trip to the local coin shop was needed as we belong to a community called #silvergoldstackers. Every year, the community does a Secret Santa exchange. The deal is you give at least one Troy ounce of fine silver to your person. You can include extra goodies like candy, food, coffee cups, etc. It’s always a blast trying to figure out who sent you yours. See @silvertop’s post for pics of the Bellingham Stamp & Coin!
We stopped at a couple other places in Lynden on the way home-Starbucks being one of them. The first picture in the post is of the sunset on the way home.

This ‘shroom was on the side of the road as we came home yesterday from our hike.
This cloud’s iridescent appearance is due to ice crystals within it. Beautiful!🤩
