"Who is your favorite international star? "
INTRODUCTION
Good morning my steemian friends, how are you all doing, I am so happy to participate in this contest.
Firstly, my favourite international star is David Adedeji Adeleke aka (Davido), he is music artist and he is know for his songs all over the world, nevertheless, for you to be my favourite, it not just about being known around the world, they are some qualities you possess, cause we have likes of Wizkid, BurnaBoy and much more buh still Davido is my favourite.
While Davido has being one Nigerian artist that really gives support to his colleague in the industry, even including others, he's take upon himself to help the poor and people in need, he even brought in a slogan," we rise by lifting others", what I love most about him is about his kindness, his determination and he has the vibe, I have not meet him yet though but watching him online has taught me a lot of things, one of the things I have learnt watching him online is dedication and consistency, he dedicated much into music to push African music, he paved way by also going international, this did not just happen, but only did through him being consistent.
Davido is from a very rich home, who would have still succeed even if he didn't do music, he sometime said, if he did not do music, he would be sitting in a cool office still counting billions, so it was not about the money, but he had big and passion for music, he told the world what he faces pursuing his dreams, cause no good business man would want his child to go into music back in the days, a lot of Nigerian musicians today delve into music because of money, that is why Davido is different from them, he had the money and that is the difference. However, today he has achieved his dreams, his songs are played all over the world and one the thing he won't stop doing is giving, indeed we rise by lifting others.
