At present the month of June is going on. And summer is in full swing. The sun is very bright. I didn't even have the courage to come out. The sun starts appearing at 7:00 in the morning, it remains sunny throughout the day. Those whose house is on the topmost floor, it becomes difficult for them to live in their own room. To get rid of these problems, we can take some measures like:-

use cotton clothes

use glucon-d

Use sunscreen lotion when going out
