Sports have an important contribution in our life. Sports develop the personality of the children. Play is very important for the physical and mental development of children.
The policy of participating and competing in sports teaches children to move forward in their life, that they have to move forward in achieving their life goals with all their hard work and dedication. Every child has his own interest. Play outdoor or indoor games.
First of all we have to understand about outdoor sports and indoor sports.

Nowadays, children are forgetting outdoor games in the wake of mobile games, as far as I believe, it is wrong because it does not develop the feeling of playing together with each other in the children and there is also a decrease in their physical development.
Children who do not play outdoor games, nowadays the problem of shortness of height is also arising. Children run mobile all day long, play mobile games all day long. Due to which there is a wrong effect on their eyes. Their eyesight is getting weak. Small children are wearing spectacles.
Every parent needs to pay attention to this topic to motivate children for indoor as well as outdoor games. Explain the importance of outdoor games. In outdoor games, children easily establish harmony with each other.
