How to Stay Fit in daily life |

Everyone wants healthy life because health is wealth but to achieve this goal, we need to follow good diet plan, should add foods, veggies , liquid which give us essential protein, minerals, nutrition and many more things which is necessary for body to get fit life. Here I am sharing my experience what I follow in my daily life to stay Fit.
ITEM NAME : Green Vegetables |

Now people are avoiding green veggies because fast foods are trending food but we should add green vegetables in our lunch & dinner because veggies are good source of protein, minerals, nutritions which help our body to stay fit and also protect from diseases. Veggies have iron, antioxidant properties which is very good for body. People can eat fast food but it is bad habit to avoid green veggies. I always add green vegetables in my diet especially in dinner time. I eat all type of seasonal veggies. I choose health over taste.

Fruits are also good resource of essential nutrients. Have you ever heard this slogan - once apple in a day, keeps doctor away . It is absolutely true. Fruits have good properties to control your weight, bas cholesterol, diabetes. It is good if we add fruits in breakfast, it works magically. I am fond of eating fruits, my daughter also like to consume fruits. I eat all type of seasonal fruits which give me energy and make me more strong.

If we want strong bones, so we should consume calcium and milk is good resource of calcium and also have properties of vitaminb12, zinc, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A. I always consume one glass of water milk in night before I sleep. It makes my bones strong. That's why new born babies only drink milk bcz milk has every properties which makes body stay and fir.
Now my wife don't drink milk so she consume milk products like curd, Paneer, lassi etc. You should add milk in your diet no matter in which form you are consuming.

People who do workout, they know egg's importance. Egg is rich of protein and we all know how much important to consume right level of protein and egg is good source of it.
Egg white is very beneficial for body, now winter season is going on so egg is more beneficial but don't eat too much otherwise it will impact bad effect on body. In summer season people should avoid egg because it is not very good to consume egg in hot weather still you can eat 1-2 egg without tension where as in winter you can eat 4-5 egg.

I always try to stay fit natural and nature have given us green vegetables, fruits, milk and many more things to keep fit so if we follow basic diet plan so we can skip diseases and medicine. Think about how much do you spend money on medication now invest your money in fruits and veggie and I am sure this investment will give you best results in form of good health.
