Dear fitness lovers, we welcome you back to week 2 of this thrilling contest. Week one saw amazing entries and we are glad to bring you the week 2.
Many people have wondered if dancing is part of exercise. But do you know that it is? Yes, dancing can be very fun that you may even forget that you are exercising. Do you know that by dancing, you are working your heart, building stronger bones and muscles as well as improve your balance? We want to achieve all these in this week #1 of our official contest.
In this week's fitness routine, we want you all to showcase your dancing steps that could help achieve your fitness goals.
what you are expected to do
👉 Do your warm up
👉 Record a video of your dancing steps. Choose any music of your choice and dance to it. Spend at least 30 minutes dancing
👉 Carry out other programs of your choice and let us know what you did and why
👉 Do your stretches at the end.
👉 Let us know if there is any challenge, your overall feelings,
👉 Benefits of dancing to you

👉 Entry must be free of AI
👉 Entry must be free of plagiarism
👉 Use your own pictures to represent your actions. Include videos for a better assessment (video is optional but we recommend it if possible). First, upload your videos on YouTube and copy the link to your writing page on Steemit.

👉Your post must be quality
