Having gone through your entry, presentation and experience, I noticed that
You have uploaded the video as requested that shows where you carried out all the programs accordingly. You included the highlights of your warm up, the programs proper and your cool down programs. The front raises is the only program you need to improve on. The your hands should stop before the head and not overhead. Hope you will note this fact. Apart from that, you did well in others
Your experience is is ok. Sorry about the site injury which caused you pains during the programs. This programs will help it heal faster.
