Having gone through your entry, presentation and experience, I noticed that
You have uploaded the video as requested that shows where you carried out all the programs accordingly. You included the highlights of your warm up, the programs proper and your cool down programs. Keep up the efforts
Your experience is is ok. You stayed in the right positions to do all and as such, the pains are muscles action and you will get over them soon with the stretches.
