Hola amiga, sudar no es malo, las personas que no sudan tienen un problema de salud, así que puedes estar feliz porque sudas.
Las rutinas de ejercicios exigentes nos hacen sudar y da satisfacción de haberlo logrado, ese es el camino correcto.
Una de las cosas importantes es mantenerse hidratado para reponer fluidos, además de sales minerales a través de jugos y alimentación.
