I Gained 20 Kilos and I'm Happy About It

I started my bodybuilding process about 2 years ago, and the reason why I did is that I was too thin, in other words; skinny.

Also, the nature of my body and my lifestyle makes it super hard for me to gain weight, as I burn calories very quickly, and I move a lot.

I wasn't pleased with my body shape at all, I felt embarrassed whenever I looked to the mirror, it made me feel unconfident.

I started going to the gym, started eating better, and eating more as well (I only ate about 2 meals before if any) and I started taking care of my health as much as I can

I was always an inconsistent person, I've never spent 2 years doing the same thing or doing the same sport, but I had friends who encouraged me to proceed and once I started seeing some results it encouraged me even more.

I'll share with you now 2 photos, one before I went to the gym for the first time, and the second one is a recent photo taken very recently.

Here I am around 87 kilos

I'm happy to be sharing this story with you, and I still have much more goals regarding my body shape and health, but I'm grateful and thankful for what I've done and I'm even proud of myself.
