Corona Virus Hype: The numbers tell something different!
The Corona virus is in the media - probably all over the world. Politicians are waking up now - wanna show later that they react so great.
In Italy they even increase the number of cases artificially up to the double they really have - probably all to impress their voters how successful they have been at the end.
Let's have a look to the numbers from an official site:
Looks horrible, right?
Of course - not nice! I agree.
But have a closer look:
You find it just in the very small window at the lower right corner...
You already can image - total recovered is increasing...
Have even a closer look and go to Daily Cases...
As you can clearly see that the number of the Recovered cases is much higher than the New Confirmed cases.
And it started to that way already on February 19.
Conclusion:
Don't Panic!
There is simply no reason to do so.
All mainstream media is doing, so spreading fear. Its so stupid, all they gain is clicks and money x)
They should report on steemit, so they could report the real news and still get paid! :D
Well, they know the numbers - but the media don't tell anything of course. Of course the media are invited to post into the World News community :)
With one search on google and one reliable source later we can find the numbers aswell. Its not hard.
I dont trust any mainstream outlets and haven't done so for years by now.
When it comes to the coronavirus I simply look at WHO and their daily report :)
