Causa Rellena de Atún

This is one of the most famous Peruvian dishes. Here is the recipe, it is very easy to make it:
First mash the potatoes and mix it with "ají amarillo" which is a yellow chili pepper.
Then put one layer of mashed potato and one layer of a mixture of tuna and mayonnaise, also some boiled eggs cut in small pieces. After that another layer of mashed potato. And voilá.
You can serve it on top of lettuce and decorate it with mayonnaise, olives and sliced tomatoes.
